A limiting habit some people have is complaining. It’s easy to slip into this habit, thinking that by complaining, it will somehow fix or help their situation. Which sounds very good in theory, but unfortunately, although it may feel good at the time, complaining usually becomes wasted energy.
Try to focus your energy on problem-solving and gratitude instead.
Tip 5: Find Your Tribe
We all know what it feels like spending time around negative people who drain the life out of us -- on the flip side, we also know what it’s like to be around positive people who inspire, support and motivate us. Tip 6: Prioritise Self CareThe more time we make for ourselves, the better we feel. Allowing relaxation, fitness and sleep to be a priority will help you feel your best. When we feel our best it becomes easier to achieve our best results.
